High Movement LTM with Enhanced Speed and Ragdoll Effects

A "high movement" ltm game mode would be sick.
- Perma speed boost + sliding goes further and faster
- Kills send bodies ragdolling fast
- Shotguns, snipers, ars
- initial jetpacking gives a burst in that direction
I wanna see some apex ahh movement
