Visual Granularity for Armor Bars by Tier

Introduce visual granularity to the armor bar scaling by tier, with each tier displaying a different number of bars (Gray: 1, Green: 2, Blue: 3, Purple: 4, Gold: 5), each bar representing 50 effective armor points, without changing the underlying protection values.
