Adjust Score System for Highest Performing Players in Takedown Ranked

I think that for ranked, mainly Takedown Ranked, that if the player who has the highest score, should get a few extra points. But I also think that, if the loosing teams best performing player, doesnt loose points, they either keep the same amount, or they gain a bit. Just so they don't feel bad about carrying their team and still loosing.
