Ability to Save and Use Custom Tournament Modes in Custom Games

I need to be able to save a custom mode. I am building a custom tournament mode for my org, and we I go to run a map, I have to set up the rules every single time. I cannot save it to a custom mode like I can my maps. Also, is it possible to run a custom mode using the Ranked Arena mode? I am not saying have it affect ranks or anything, I just want the mode, or at least Arena mode. I don't see it on the list to choose for custom games either. If I can get at least Arena on custom game modes to run my tournaments with and give me the ability to save custom game modes? Solid.
