Implement Objective-Based Ranking and Fair Matchmaking in Ranked Arena

Can we please FIX RANKED ARENA?!
Current ranking system is not fair nor is it ideal. Most video games who establish a “Ranked” matchmaking game mode end up creating a system where ranks are based off of Individual Performance within the match & then they establish SKILL BASED MATCHMAKING.
ANY video game uses these 2 metrics. Individual player performance INSIDE of the matches means if there is a player who is not capturing bases, planting bombs, diffusing bombs etc they do not gain as many points when they win OR they lose MORE points when they lose.
The fact Splitgate created Ranked Arena with the 4 game styles of: Splitball/Hotzone/Domination/Firecracker where ALL of the require an objective which means every player should be doing these objectives to maximize their points they earn and also prevent losing more points upon a lost match.
Literally out of 50 matches; 100% of my games has had at least 2/4 players on my team who just want to play TeamDeathmatch and not do any objectives. If they want to play TDM in ranked, THEY should be losing the most rank points. If all 4 of us lose and only 2 of us have objectives on scoreboard then us 2 should only lose (example) 10 points and then the other 2 should lose 25 points. Individual match performance with objectives scaling on point gain/loss would incentivize players to actually do the objectives.
Matchmaking also needs fixed. There is no reason why I am sitting at Bronze 4 going against Plat 3 players. This tells me that your ranked system has no threshold of ranks when matching up. A Bronze 1 should never go against players higher than Silver 1. Silver 1 should never go against players higher than Gold 1 etc. ideally the thresholds should be as follows:
-Bronze 1 through Bronze 4
- Bronze 4 through Silver 1 (next bracket seeding best of 5)
- Silver 1 through Silver 4
- Silver 4 through Gold 1 (next bracket seeding best of 5)
- Gold 1 through Gold 4
- Gold 4 through Platinum 1
- Platinum 1 > all other ranks
Points gained and earned should be as follows (as a foundation to build on)
- Each Win 10+ minimum stable
- Objectives scoreboard higher impact
- Kills have lower impact than objective stats ( 30 kills impacts less than 10 Splitball captures )
Games lost:
- Objectives stats impact heavier
- Kills as stated above
- Individual performance for each player will scale points lost
This means even if you lose, the top performing player (top 2) will have the least amount of points deducted from current rank. The worst 2 players will have more points deducted from rank tier points.
If someone has 30 kills, 0 objective stats they would ideally lose a scaling of 20 points from rank whereas the top 2 performing players would only lose 7-10 points. This still rewards the highest performers. So even when we lose, we are not getting our rank sabotaged by people who aren’t contributing. This also means if a player did everything they could that they do not lose ranks into a lower bracket because they had 2 players not help fully. You’re ultimately penalizing top performing players for their teammates NOT being teammates. This is not fair.
AFK/LEAVERS: This needs fixed as well and it needs ENFORCED. If a player leaves or AFKs (all players on losing team should never lose points OR we should only lose maximum of 5 points) Yet again, you’re penalizing us for a leaver or AFK player. I’ve had numerous games where I see a teammate who is purposely sabotaging our game to actually boost the win for the enemy team. THIS IS NOT FAIR!
You guys need to enforce penalties for AFK or LEAVERS.
