Implement Anti-AFK Measures for Ranked Matches

Something needs to be done with people entering ranked and purposely sitting AFK not doing a single thing. This is headed straight to the gutter just like league of legends… please find a solution to the players who purposely enter a RANKD game just to tank and destroy others ratings. Or simply remove the rating loss when someone is AFK….. something
