Revise Smart Wall Counterbalance and Rebalance Smoke Grenades

The only counter to the smart wall(Sabrask shield) is the smoke grenades but they belong to the same character faction. I think you should consider reverting the nerfs to the smart wall and instead change out the smoke grenades with another factions equipment.
