Adjust Point Loss for High-Ranked Players in Ranked Matches

Adjust the point loss system so that a high-ranked player (e.g., Diamond 4) does not lose excessive points (48-57) when defeated with lower-ranked teammates. The loss should be minimized to 5-12 points.
