AFK Detection and Leaver Penalty Adjustment in Ranked Matches

Split
Add a detection for people being AFK and kick them from the game. Also decrease the mmr loss if you have a leaver on your team. I'm playing ranked and get 4 wins in a row to gain 60mmr then I get a game with an afk and a leaver so its a 2v4 and I lose 40 mmr.
