Reduce Damage of Punch Swapping to Improve Balance

You guys need to nerf punch swapping. The punch takes nearly half your health on a body shot and Aeros can easily quick swap to a Sprinter and it makes for a way too low TTK. The punch doing nearly 50 damage for a body shot is a problem if you're using your primary weapon to clean up the first shot. I get it the gun is not good on its own but this design is a terrible idea for any semblance of balance.
