I have a few things to suggest
1.Make the Mastery camos applicable to All Gun Skins(Imagine the prototype phasma skin with the carbon gold or proelium color scheme)
2.Make the factions have personality(something similar to like Pokemon go with Valor ,Mystic, and Instinct it will make the game more personal[I thought of this idea wondering how apex was still kicking and it hit me that the characters have so much personality making them relatable])
3.Make the multi queue function come back from Splitgate 1
4.add an event/update road map something you can incorporate with Splitgate weekly also incentivise weeklies put it on twitch throw 10 proelium at viewers or a free mythic bundle to a random or even announce winners of the discord Easter egg events or the Brand events
5.Never Give up I believe in you guys this is a great game I am so excited for the game to pop off
