Add Ranked Battle Royale Mode with Skill-Based Matchmaking and Hidden MMR

Add a Ranked BR mode with Skill-Based Matchmaking (SBMM) and Hidden MMR, including incentives such as a leaderboard and character skins for higher placements, which can be interchangeable between the three factions.
