Introduce a utility scaling system where the effectiveness of abilities and ultimates is reduced based on the number of characters of the same role on a team. For example, increase the cooldown of Sabrask's shield by 10 seconds for each additional Sabrask, or reduce the uptime of Meridian's infrasight by 10% for each additional Meridian. Limit the number of characters that can use specific abilities, such as allowing only two Sabrasks to use smoke grenades if four are on the team.
