I mostly don't mind the variety between factions all that much, but I don't care to feel pressured to use one over another just to give my team a passive buff :( I'm not sure what a good solution would be for that, but I don't want to suggest factions need go entirely, I find myself playing sabrask more than the others because I like grenades but if my whole team is sabrask I feel like I have to play something else.
