Shorten Elo Animation and Extend Rank Display Time in Ranked Matches

In ranked please make the animation for gaining/losing elo shorter, it drags on and makes it feel worse when you lose elo and is annoying when you're gaining it. Please also make it so you can see everyone's rank at the end of the game for longer (right now you can only kind of see the enemy team's rank for a split second). It feels helpful to know what rank you're against/with after the match.

Absolutely keep it so you CANNOT see it during the match. People will leave games that they think are too hard or that they feel are rigged with "bad" teammates.
