Implement Multiqueue System with Favorite Modes Selection for Faster Matchmaking

Guys... i've just watched your twitchstream from yesterday and please for the love of god. The game only needs MULTIQUEUE and lots of modes !! - this way matchmaking can be faster (and give the option to choose 3 favorite modes, which are searched with priority)
