Accelerate Last Circle Closing in Battle Royale Mode

My recommendation is for the last circle to close faster. I understand that the Splitgate 2 BR is meant to be a hybrid of arena and BR (and it does feel that way), but I think in the last circle it would be beneficial for the game to converge on more of a battle royale feeling. Because the last circle takes so long to close it allows for several teams to respawn the entire team easily, which doesn’t feel fair and undercuts the point of the battle royale mode—that is to win by being the last man standing. So, let's say I systematically take out most of the other teams, so now it's just me and one other player (mano a mano), but in the very last circle of the game the last man on the other team wins by ratting which lets him respawn his entire team. The game allows this because the last circle takes a very long time to close. I don’t know of any battle royale gamer who likes that type of ending. Ultimately, arena gamers aren’t playing the battle royale mode—battle royale gamers are playing the battle royale mode. As such, my view is that the very ending of the game should ultimately feel more like a battle royale. I think that making the last circle close faster would be beneficial to how the BR mode is viewed. We want it to feel fun but also fair from a competitive standpoint.

Specifically, I'm referring to how near the end of the match the circle becomes fairly small but then starts closing very very slowly. This phase of very very slow closing produces an unsatisfactory result in my opinion due to the issues aforementioned. I think once the last circle begins to close it should just continue closing at a constant rate until it is fully closed

An alternative suggestion would be for the last circle close to be broken up into 2 phases. In phase 1, the circle closes such that about half of the world is in the circle and then it pauses for about 1 minute. In phase 2, it is announced that the final circle is closing and the last circle just closes at a brisk constant rate until it is fully closed. Presently, on a lot of maps the last circle closes to a fairly small size at a rapid pace, but then starts closing at a very very slow pace.
