If you plug in a keyboard and mouse to the Xbox Series X, you can in fact play with a keyboard and mouse; however, you can’t see the mouse cursor hover on the screen while in any sort of menu. You can select items using the mouse on the screen, they will highlight if you drag the invisible cursor over it, however, it’s just that, dragging around an invisible mouse cursor, which is pretty lousy; also, I need to have an xbox series controller connected and turned on in order to play with the keyboard and mouse. not a big deal but definitely something i noticed;

TLDR: Put a mouse cursor on screen when using the mouse on Xbox Series X, Please, thanks, game is awesome and sick and 120fps on series X with KBM
