Add Permanent 3v3 Mode/Playlist on Sim Maps and Improve Healing Time and Unlocks Display

  1. add a 3v3 mode/playlist on sim maps (permanently)
  2. maybe slightly decrease time before healing up
  3. its better if “unlocks in ..” inscription shows on the capture’s button, not in the left corner, I was very confused today, couldn’t find when the third one unlocks
  4. goodbye!!
