Resolve Persistent Crashing Issues to Improve Player Experience

fix the crashing issues so that more players will want to play, I just started playing and have thought about uninstalling with how long queue times are, lag and crashing also does not help. if you guys cannot maintain a game that I can tell could be good then sell the title please I need a good game.
