Make weapon attachments more effective. I barely notice a difference with some mods. Example: Laser Sight.
It doesn't actually cast a usable laser, and has a minimal effect on bullet spread, which I think is described by the accuracy statistic. Other attachments like Rapid Fire, Grip, Melee Knuckles, Barrel Extension, etc.
