Reintroduce 2v2 Ranked Mode with Enhanced Features and Rewards

Bring back 2v2 Ranked mode with:
•King of the Hill & TDM
•Redesigned simulation maps from SG1. E.g. Bravo with more colour to it.
•In-game ranked leaderboard, profile stats, visible player level
•Rewards for top 3 ranks – jetpacks, portal guns, or skins; the top champion gets the best-looking cosmetic
•EMP grenades or a longer cooldown before taking a portal.
