Universal Weapon Access in OG Splitgate Mode with Faction-Exclusive AR and Carbine

Make the og splitgate mode the normal gameplay but all weapons are available no matter the faction except the 2 that are currently in the mode per faction(ar and carbine are faction exclusive still).
