Favorite and Randomized Charms/Cosmetics with Account Level Rewards for Perks

Being able to favorite charm, or cosmetics in general a.d have a randomize function to have them rotate between each game and such. Being able to fav them might also help to filter them and find them easily. Also, having perks locked in character you need to buy is almost a "Pay-to-win" thing. Maybe creating an account level and having them Being reward at specific milestones might be better. Have a good day.
