Restore Simulation Maps and Enable Past Season Progression in Splitgate 2

Split
Add back the simulation maps from Splitgate to Splitgate 2 and make seasons available to progress in after they have passed (like in halo infinite) (and while keeping the paid and free parts of those seasons) thus making customizations easier to obtain for those who missed them.
