Improve Sabreshock Shotgun Reload Speed and Cancellability for Better Arena Performance

make sabrask shotgun pump animation faster and or make cancellability on the reload faster at base, because as it is I can't level my shotgun on sabrask on any maps in arena. I am getting kills with it just not enough to get decent weapon xp
