Reinstate Factions for Enhanced Identity and Constraints in Splitgate 2

Not sure I like the removal of factions.
I feel like the main argument for it is just "I just want a dedicated classic mode", which could've been done with a separate game mode. I liked the constraints of not being able to do everything, and having to pick an identity, a game style for a few rounds.
Also, by what I'm hearing, the main problem was sabrask's wall balance compared to the other abilities, not the factions altogether. I feel like we are losing a huge chunk of SG2's identity, and going into a splitgate 1 2.0 sort of situation, where all the originality and cool ideas of the new opus are smashed into what made the first one great.
I don't know if I'm making sense rn, the gist is just : SG2 has cool ideas, and is a diamond in the rough. Removing key aspects of the game will make it easier to balance, but I'm afraid it'll simplify it too much. Most of what I'm hearing in the video is super positive though ! But i feel like factions are a core aspect of SG2, and I'm sad seeing them gone. Hyped for the playtest, hopefully I'm wrong about it !
