In the Loadout section of the Weapons menu, have a loadout be pulled up by clicking, not by hovering. Having a loadout being shown on hover has unintended consequences, like bringing up a different loadout immediately after selecting a weapon attachment/perk/equipment slot in another loadout. Having a loadout need to be CLICKED makes the selection a lot more intentional.
