Carbine Playstyle Risk/Reward Feels Underwhelming

I think Carbines feel even weaker now then before the relaunch. At least the Hyperline, which I've used the most. It's basically the same feeling as before when you talked about how if you miss one shot on carbine, you lose to every AR. The high risk but low reward discussion that there was a video about. Now, with the increased TTK (which I'm generally a fan of) it feels even worse. Like not only do I have to not miss a shot but also I have to get at least one headshot, probably two, to win out at what should be my gun's preferred range.
