Add a toggle to prevent voice chat with the enemy team after a match.

I hate it when I finish a match of Splitgate and then I start hearing the enemy team yelling. Often I'm going straight to the main menu so the UI is disabled, but I can still hear a bunch of d***** canoes yelling while I'm on the loading screen, and I can't even mute them
