Improvement and Reevaluation of Perks in Ranked Play

More perks (No suggestions at the moment, I kinda liked the wall, but it seams u guys did not). At least 2 perks today are worthless on ranked, the radar and tracker since you dont have radar. If you do, it doesnt work for me, so then there is a bug. Why do you have option to have no perks? Makes no sense if it gives you no improvement to chose that.
