Change the porta-portal: i think it should have these 3 properties: 1. If there are no portals up, it picks a random one (if the devs want to pick a default they can do that either one is fine) 2. If there is one portal up, it does the opposite 3. If there are 2 portals up, it does the opposite of the most recently used one.
