Add Sorting Options to Weapon Mastery List

Sorting options for the Weapon Mastery list. I often want to look at the one I am actively trying for, so perhaps an option to sort by most recently progressed. Or an option to sort by closest to completion in the tier that it's in. Or by highest or lowest tier in general, completed or not.
