Add Key Binding Options for Actions and Portal Close Modifier Key

Split
Add either the ability to bind multiple keys to one action (like pressing z AND x jumps, for example), or add a portal close modifier key (if I press Z and then click my open left/right portal button, then it closes only that portal)
