Enhance Shop UI and Add Kit Purchase Option

I don't know if the shops are being used much by players or not, but I think making the ui a little bit more clear, and maybe showing how much money you have in a more obvious spot may make players think of it more. Also, it would be cool to be able to buy a kit similar to buying a kit in the fish game (cod)
