Add Server Region Selection for Lower Ping

Split
Server region select. Im from australia and i use to get put only in oceanic servers so ping is perfect, however now there is no region select option and i keep getting american servers so my ping is super high. Id rather wait 5 mins for a good game with low ping than instantly with high ping.
