Reintroduce SWAT, Laser Tag, and Shotgun Snipers to Public Playlists

It would be nice for SWAT, laser tag, and shotty snipers to come back to the public playlist. I'm thankful they are within custom games, but I want to be able to queue for some games. I really enjoyed the silly stuff too. Like the big head stuff
