Shop Vendor Feature: Purchase Leftover and Expired Items with Increased Prices

Shop Vendor- Purchase items that left or expired from passes and shops, but prices are increased? Maybe include some character that looks at you as explore through their “fine treasures” and maybe have voicelines of some sorts? I don’t know, mid idea.
