Request: Vote/Assign jump leader.

I made a similar post on the Splitgate subreddit today before joining this Discord, but it would be great if we could assign or vote for a jump leader.

Last night I was in a team of 3 players in our discord, and a fourth random in game. Three times in a row the jump leader ended up being ths random fourth. VoIP was down at tbe time which made comms a bit harder.
