Prevent Solo Drop-offs in Battle Royale Until 10+ Games Played

If you are going to force Quads in BR, then you need to remove the ability for users to drop off by themselves until they've played 10+ games of BR first. Because you have a bunch of noobs immediately or selfish chodes dropping off by themselves ruining the game and then you gotta go save them
