Prevent Bot Replacements and Allow Mid-Match Player Joins

Hello,
Please stop replacing real players with bots when they leave, it kills the experience. At the very least, allow new players to join mid match to fill the empty spots. I don’t enjoy playing with or against bots, and I always feel like leaving the moment I see one in the match.
