Do not show already purchased skins in the weekly rotation.

This week it gave me a skin that I already own. I know there are many skins that I don't own and I'm dissapointed that I didn't get to see a new one (especially since it was this weeks legendary skin, which I acquired in the second week of beta). It would be better if the weekly rotation only offered new skins.

Currently this limits how much I have available to buy, reducing the amount of money you'll recieve from me and reducing my satisfaction with the store.
