Toggle Pickup and Drop-off for Shelving Units in Package Warehouse

Two options with each shelving unit - Disable/Enable Pickup and Disable/Enable Drop off. That way, you can have the drones pick up packages from the front shelf but not drop them off there until it's the last empty shelf :D
