Parity between bot delivery milestones and associated Steam achievements

I've noticed something about the Steam achievements that confused me at first, and I'm guessing I'm not the only one. It seems like it was probably unintentional, so I thought I would call attention to it.

There is a set of five Steam achievements (Robot Armada, Android Horizon, etc.) that mirror the five bot delivery milestone tracks in the game. It appears at first glance that each one unlocks upon reaching the final milestone of each track: 40k basic bots, 25k androids, and so on. However, in-game progress towards each milestone in the track is accrued separately, with the counter for each milestone only beginning once the previous milestone is achieved. Upon reaching a particular milestone, the next milestone's counter begins at "Deliver 0/however many X" then counts up from there.

For example, reaching the final milestone for android delivery requires 21,761 androids to be delivered to reach milestone nine, PLUS another 25,000 to reach milestone ten once nine is achieved, meaning the total number of androids required to finish the track is not 25,000 but rather 46,761.

The Steam achievements, on the other hand, seem to trigger when the TOTAL number of bots delivered equals the amount that would be need to step up from milestone nine to milestone ten. That is, the "Deliver 25,000 androids" achievement unlocks when the 25,000th android has been delivered, even though the rank ten "Deliver 25,000 androids" milestone won't be reached until another 21,000+ are shipped out.

This obviously isn't a bug, per se, but given that the numbers match up between the achievements and the final milestones, it seems like it might have been intended for them to be reached at the same time, which currently they are not. :)
