Explanation

In game I have a yellow lock beside my coursor and it just goes away when I move my mouse.
Even the lock is not shown in the Menu / Options, its the same problem there.

Im playing on an Ultrawide (3440x1440), tried diefferent windowed mode, Vsynch on off. But the lock wont go away, this makes it inpossible to play the game.

But I can zoom In and Out with no problem.

It was right away when I first strated the game, but even a restart wont make the lock go away.

I have a recording of the Problem but its bigger then 10 MB, 10 MB is kinda impossible :)
