Bug: In-Game Text Displayed as File Shortcuts

Explanation
Right when I opened the game for the first time, exactly 3 minutes after installation, i noticed that in the game menus and in the game none of the text loaded correctly. They are all written as the file shortcuts, like <<LoadSave.ButtonContinue>> for the "Continue last game option" in the main menu, and as such. I tried to exit and reload the game, and even checked if the game files were corrupted on Steam, but nothing changed. I will try to uninstall and download the game again, and hope this fixes the problem.
