Explanation
Loaded my save file and the game worl is not displaying. The overlay and UI are all present and the game is running. However most of the screen is paused on the loading screen. I can still move my mouse and click on elements of the UI including the tech tree and progression, and I can navigate these fine. When I go back to look at the world they stay up.
