Explanation

I have two belts going into two stampers respectively. the main output of both stampers are stopped due to end of belts. Even though the belts AFTER the stampers are stopped, the entire belt/assembly line BEFORE the stampers are still moving. The reason is each stamper has a Scrapper on the secondary output.

What should happen is the entire line should be stopped. If the stampers can't output items out the main line, it should stop them from processing any more items even if the secondary output is not blocked.

If there is different logic on the stampers it should probably be noted on the tool tip when hovering over the stamper tool on the tool belt.
