Explanation

While playing with the tutorial enabled, I am at the "create blue paint" stage. No problem, blue pigment and oil in dye mixer. But for some reason, the game is not seeing the blue paint being made and the story will not advance because of it. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong, even though the attached picture shows otherwise?
