Explanation
After a certain point in the demo, (working on Refinery), my furnace stopped outputting cubes. When I deleted it and remade it, I noticed newly placed miners were not outputting polyrock fragments at all. (Meaning, among other things, I couldn't tell if the furnace was fixed)
Persisted through a save/load. Existing miners continued to work without trouble.
